Step #1: Open your Lively Wallpaper, if it doesn't exist on your Computer, Try Downloading and Installing it.

 

Step #2: Head Over 'Add Wallpaper' from here, you'll be prompted to whether drag and drop the file, choose a file or enter its URL.

 

Step #3: Click Apply or Ok. once finished.
