Here are the Steps and Guides

Step #1: Open 'Settings'
 

Step #2: Type in 'Mouse Settings' in the Search Box.
 

Step #3: Choose the First Choice in the Drop-Down Menu that says 'Mouse settings'
 

Step #4: Scroll Down and Find 'Additional Mouse settings' and then, Clicked it.
 

Step #5: A New Pop-Up window will appear, then from the 'Mouse Properties', click on 'Pointers' tab.
 

Step #6: Change your Scheme to Default, so you can customize easily your Cursors, make sure that your Custom Cursor are already downloaded and Extracted in:
C:\Windows\Cursors
Note that: Any Duplicate file names aren't prohibited, so it's okay to replace those files!
